iChat - What is iChat?
Developed in-house by Square1, the iChat platform is another service that is built on Square1's own IVR platform with a full admin and operator web portal.
The service allows the owner of the service to add and set up new operators / call handling staff, view stats and manage the routing of calls for each operator. There are also payment calculators. Bespoke reports can also be provided.
Operators can log in via phone or web and the service will distribute calls on a round robin basis, or directly to the operator via a pin number entered by the caller.
In the coming months, Square1 will be adding text message and also video calling to the iChat platform, this will allow service owners to fulfil their clients' requirements in every conceivable way: Mobile, Landline, Video Call or Text Message.
